Setup took me maybe 15 minutes total, and the backdrop stand feels solid enough to leave up all day. The 800 w heads put out plenty of light for portraits, even with the umbrella diffusing it. Only wish the carrying bag had a bit more padding, but for the price it's hard to beat.
